First-time user or can’t find what you’re looking for?

I have tried all of the above and nothing works. What do I do?
Describe your issue in an email and send it to service@kamstrup.com. For efficient processing of your request, please make sure you include details on the time, extent, nature and consequence of the issue. Please also include a description of what has been done to solve the problem and, if possible, attach log files.
