- While specific qualifications vary by job, we generally look for students who are currently enrolled in a college or university and possess relevant skills or experience. However, what matters most to us is your passion and willingness to learn. We understand that student jobs are all about learning and preparing you to take on your dream job once you graduate.
What does the application process look like ?
- You need to submit a motivational resume describing who you are, your qualifications from school, and your experience. If the hiring managers find a match, you will be invited for an interview. During the interview, we will get to know you better, and you will also have the opportunity to learn more about us, the department, and the job. After the interview, we will either offer you the job or provide feedback if we do not find a match.
What language should my application be in?
- We generally recommend writing your application in the same language as the job advertisement.
Can student jobs lead to full-time positions?
- Yes, many of our Student Workers transition to full-time roles after graduation. We value the skills and experience our student employees bring and often consider them for permanent positions.
Can I get feedback on my application?
- Unfortunately, we receive many applications and cannot guarantee feedback to all applicants. However, you are always welcome to call the hiring manager at the number provided in the job ad. If you are called in for an interview, you will always receive feedback.
What if I do not have previous experience?
- That is not a problem. We welcome students from diverse backgrounds and experiences. We evaluate candidates based on their overall potential and focus on what they’re interested in. If you do not have any previous experience, then you should focus on the projects you have worked on and how your field of interest aligns with the job role. This will help us understand who you are as a person and how you would fit in within the team.
