With a Mobile/Drive-by solution, you can read meters from your car on the go. All you need is the READy App on an Android smartphone or tablet, a READy converter and the PC program, READy Manager. Meter reading happens automatically while you drive, and a map on your smartphone displays nearby meters to be read. No need to follow a specific route or speed. When done, it only takes a few clicks to export data to your own or external application, such as a billing program. Or you can get data automatically in your preferred interval.

With a READy Network solution, reading meters has never been easier. All you need is a number of collection units placed relative to your meters, and the PC program, READy Manager. The meter reading happens automatically. A network of meters linked together by cable in a Wired M-Bus set-up provides rapid and robust remote reading. This is particularly well suited for apartment buildings where the meters are positioned relatively close to each other or in situations where remote reading via wireless communication is not possible. 

A Wired M-Bus set-up requires minimal maintenance and can collect and read meters at high speed. Also, it ensures optimal battery lifetime to your meters – even if you need data often – and ensures that your system meets your needs both today and in the future. As your meter data is continuously updated, you can see alarms as they arise. This enables you to react quickly to leaks and other irregularities, and it provides an overview of consumption over time for correct billing, analysis etc. 

A Wired M-Bus set-up requires that each meter has an M-Bus module and is connected to an M-Bus Master unit. The master is easy to install, and since it is resistant to dust, water and humidity, it can be installed almost anywhere. A single M-Bus Master can read up to 250 meters and support up to 2,800 m cable.
