The idea of making a positive impact on the planet while advancing technology is deeply fulfilling.

Why I became a leader

I chose to step into leadership because I'm passionate about driving change and helping others unlock their potential. Leadership gives me a chance to set directions, guide and inspire my team while driving success and innovation.

My leadership style centers around empowering my teams and fostering a healthy and inclusive work environment. Trust, transparency, and empathy are key values for me, and I believe that through effective communication and teamwork one can achieve the best results.

A memorable moment or accomplishment in my career at Kamstrup

There have been several successes, but one notable accomplishment has been the automation of infrastructure components through our DevOps team, allowing us to deliver requirements four times faster than before. This achievement has been a real game changer in our ability to support the business effectively.

What truly drives me is the opportunity to work alongside exceptionally talented colleagues who share a common vision. When I witness the energy and dedication of my team as we collaborate towards achieving our goals, it’s inspiring and fuels my own motivation to continue pushing boundaries and delivering value.

The best thing about my job

I love working with people and technology and in my job, I have the privilege to do both. I get to lead an incredible team as we shape and execute a vision for our technical portfolio—one that directly aligns with Kamstrup’s digital strategy and overall mission. That alignment and collaboration makes my work especially meaningful.

My family and friends call me the 'human diary' because I have this crazy ability to remember all kinds of dates, events, occasions, and random details about people that most would forget. So, if you ever need a reminder about a birthday, anniversary, or that one conversation we had three years ago, I’m your go-to!
