Workplace of the Year 2019

Kamstrup was, among other things, acknowledged for being an active workplace that invests in its employees.

"Kamstrup is awarded Workplace of the Year 2019 because the company takes care of employees to an incredible extent. The company provides many offers such as dentist and hairdresser to its employees. And there are numerous examples of investing in educating with the purpose of developing through the entire work life. The employees all talk about getting valuable attention, which is why Kamstrup deserves the title," says the Union President of 3F, Per Christensen.

The big focus on educating employees - from unskilled to skilled - as well as the broad offer of staff benefits were thus considered by 3F as key arguments for why Kamstrup won the title.

“I am beyond proud that we have won the award as Workplace of the Year, and I am especially happy that it is our employees who have nominated us. The fact that we can call Kamstrup “Workplace of the Year 2019” is a recognition of our great work environment”, says Kim Lehmann, CEO Kamstrup. He continues:

“The award as Workplace of the Year 2019 by 3F encompassed a cheque on DKK 25,000, which we will spent on creating even better conditions and facilities for our employees”.
