What’s your name and what do you work with?
My name is Tina, and I'm the Head of Legal Services at Kamstrup. In this role, I lead the Legal Services team, ensuring that as an in-house legal function, we provide high-quality legal advice to support various Kamstrup Group activities worldwide, including both Supply Chain and Sales. I am also responsible for Legal Operations, where I drive the legal tech agenda, handle Entity Management, and oversee the Kamstrup Group Insurance program.

How would you describe your typical day?
A typical day at work involves a diverse range of responsibilities and tasks. My role entails not only legal expertise but also leadership, strategic thinking, and effective communication with various stakeholders across the organization. This includes addressing specific issues, tasks, and projects, enabling Kamstrup to navigate commercial and legal risks and opportunities while supporting the company in achieving its strategic objectives.

What is the best thing about your job?
I enjoy collaborating with my highly skilled team and colleagues, supporting Kamstrup in achieving its business goals, facilitating good decision-making, contributing to strategic initiatives, and, not least, having fun while I’m doing it.

Can you describe your career path so far?
Since graduating with a Master of Laws from the University of Aarhus, I have worked as an in-house lawyer. I started my career at Kamstrup in a specialist role, and five years ago, I transitioned to a leadership role. Over the years, I have actively participated in building up the in-house legal function from the ground up to where we are today.
