What’s your name and your role?
My name is Sine Baisgaard Olesen. I just finished my master's degree in Operations and Supply Chain Analytics at Aarhus University. On the 1st of July, I started as a Production Planner at Kamstrup.

How did you start here in Kamstrup?
I first became acquainted with Kamstrup in 2022 when I was writing my bachelor's thesis. Afterwards, I was fortunate to be hired as an intern in 2023, and later, I was employed as a student assistant while I was working on my master's thesis .

What motivates you to work in Kamstrup?
What motivates me to work at Kamstrup is the opportunity to contribute to innovative and sustainable solutions in a supportive and dynamic work environment. I am inspired by Kamstrup's commitment to quality and its positive impact on the environment and communities.

What has been the most challenging?
The most challenging part has been transitioning from being a student to entering the professional workforce. Adapting to the dynamic environment and taking on new responsibilities at Kamstrup has been a significant learning experience. However, the supportive culture and guidance from experienced colleagues have helped me overcome these challenges and grow in my role.

What has been the most rewarding?
The most rewarding aspect has been contributing to the daily operations, ensuring high delivery performance and efficiency, and fostering good collaboration with the production workers. Seeing how my efforts help maintain smooth operations and positively impact the team's success has been incredibly fulfilling.

What is the best thing about your job?
The best thing about my job is the great colleagues and the excellent social interactions we have. The supportive and friendly atmosphere makes work enjoyable. Additionally, there are numerous opportunities to develop myself and my skills, which keeps the job exciting and allows for continuous personal and professional growth.

How is the team you are working in?
The team I work with is fantastic. Everyone is kind and always ready to help. They are highly skilled in their work and excel at sharing their knowledge. They make an effort to involve me in their tasks, which has been invaluable for my own learning and integration into the team.
