What’s your name and what do you work with?

My name is Rikke, and I am a Product and Commercial Management Graduate. Currently, I am working with the commercial product managers who are focused on our current and future software solutions. This includes discussing what our future solutions should look like to fit our customers' needs and how we should market our software products. Otherwise, I am helping prepare everything we need for a new software product launch. 

What motivates you to work in Kamstrup?

What motivates me at Kamstrup is the expertise and dedication of my colleagues. Learning from their efficient task management, innovative solutions, and collaborative spirit is what I find most compelling about my role. Each day brings new opportunities for growth and learning.

What is the best thing about your job?

There is always something that can be improved or explored - even when the company is thriving. This is really cool because it means that I, as a Graduate, get to be curious about our business (how we do things, where we're going, what we need to get there). I feel like I can contribute despite there being so much I don't know and haven't tried before. And because I'm a Graduate, I get to see the business from four different angles through the rotations and talk to a lot of dedicated people, which gives me some great perspectives.

What is it like being a Graduate at Kamstrup?

I really like being a graduate at Kamstrup, because I learn A LOT while I get to leave an actual mark on the way we work. I’m taken very seriously and trusted with exciting responsibilities. I really have great colleagues who help me grow and inspire me for what I want to pursue going forward.
