What’s your name and what do you work with?
My name is Ramon, and I work as a Country Manager and Sales Manager. My job entails coordinating the implementation of strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with our objectives and the market needs. And as a Sales Manager, I oversee our sales operations, including coordination of our sales team and fostering partnerships, ensuring our customers receive the best solutions for their needs.

What drives you?
My motivation stems from the opportunity of providing the market with innovative solutions that allow not only the sustainable operation of energy and water management companies, but also a sustainable use of these vital resources.

What is the best thing about my job?
The most rewarding aspect is witnessing the tangible impact our solutions have on our customers’ operation and sustainability efforts. The long term and good relationship we build with them is also something that I enjoy every day.

Can you describe your career path so far?
Beginning with a foundation in engineering 25 years ago, my career has consistently involved telecommunications and electronics. Initially, I worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer in the TV consumer market. After earning an MBA, I transitioned into the sales of technical solutions, a field I have been in for the past 20 years. I joined Kamstrup as a Key Account Manager about 20 years ago, and for the last 17 years, I have been the Country and Sales Manager for Spain. Since 2013, I have also taken on the responsibility for Sales and Business Development in Latin America.
