What’s your name and what do you work with?
My name is Nora, and I work as a Quality Assurance Lead in our Malaga office. I’m responsible for the testing processes and products quality across our Analytics department. This includes areas like test strategy and planning, automation processes, issues tracking and reporting, collaboration across teams, and ensuring the whole development team works aligned and cooperates towards quality.

What motivates you?
There is always room for improvement in the processes, in the technical parts, in the customer experiences we offer, in the way we cooperate with each other, in our products. I like to observe, think… and go for it!

What is your biggest learning?
We grow the most when we are in a safe environment. Our mindset is what makes us successful!

Can you describe your career path so far?
I started my Kamstrup journey as a Software Developer for contactless devices. I just loved the way things can evolve by cooperating with other colleagues, partners and customers. I was also part of the customer support team, and I participated in several events around the world visiting customers, bringing up the systems, and designing the conformance protocols we used. That helped me to develop both technical and soft skills in parallel. Then I decided to move to QA area, where I can keep combining both, seeking quality all the way.
