What’s your name and what do you work with?
My name is Mie Jensen, and I work as a Logistic operator in our warehouse. Primarily, my role is to optimize and facilitate the processes involved in our supply chain to deal efficiently with the procurement, production, and distribution of the goods.

How would you describe your typical day?
My typical day involves receiving goods, organizing them in stock, and completing a variety of other daily tasks essential to the smooth operation of the business. Additionally, I spend a lot of time collaborating with team members and ensure that all procedures are carried out efficiently and accurately, contributing to the overall success of our organization.

What is your biggest learning?
What stands out as my most significant learning is the profound personal growth I've experienced throughout my 18 years at the company. Kamstrup has played a pivotal role by providing educational opportunities, creating an environment where I feel heard and valued, and encouraging me to step out of my comfort zone to become more assertive and visible.

Can you describe your career path so far?
My journey with Kamstrup began in 2006 in the electrical department, and in 2011, I seized the opportunity to undergo training as an electronics operator, leading to my transition to the print department in 2012. Since 2017, I have been dedicated to working in goods receipt, contributing to my continuous growth and development within the company.
