What’s your name and what do you work with?
My name is Mia, and I work as a Senior Planner. My primary responsibility is to oversee the production planning at our Water DK factory, including the coordination of subassemblies for our US factory. I am particularly focused on the Supply Plan, where I strive to achieve a balance between demand and capacity planning over an 18-month forecast period. Additionally, I contribute to various logistic projects within the company.

What motivates you to work in Kamstrup?
What motivates me is optimizing processes. To make well-thought-out plans that maximize the utilization of our resources in the most effective and efficient manner possible.

What is the best thing about your job?
The best aspect of my job is its fast-paced nature, ensuring that I am constantly engaged and never bored. I also have a lot of talented colleagues with whom I can exchange knowledge and learn from. Our Supply Chain group is pretty awesome if you ask me.

What is your biggest learning?
It is impossible to make a perfect plan.
