My name is Max, and I'm a Product Management Graduate at Kamstrup. In my role, I have the opportunity to learn various aspects of the product development process. I get to lead projects from start to finish, which involves conducting market analysis, defining product requirements and specifications, facilitating solution design, and crafting marketing and launch plans.

What motivates you to work in Kamstrup?

My fascination with automation and optimization. I'm particularly drawn to the latest developments in technologies such as the Internet of Things, Datafication, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence. These areas spark my interest and drive my passion for contributing to innovative solutions at Kamstrup. Also, I really enjoy the autonomy and culture – It is so empowering.

What is the best thing about your job?

The best aspect of my job at Kamstrup is the exposure to the global market and the diverse range of customer needs. Working on projects that target various regions and segments in Europe, as well as different types of customers, has been particularly fascinating and rewarding. It offers me a valuable opportunity to expand my understanding and skills in addressing diverse challenges and requirements.

Rotating between different departments has allowed me to build strong relationships with colleagues across departments and gain valuable insights into different aspects of the business.
