What do you work with?
I work as a Strategic Product Manager in our Heat-Cooling division, where I have the commercial responsibility for our heat intelligence analytics solution.

Can you describe your career path so far?
I have been working in Kamstrup for four and a half years. I started as a Market Development Intern and afterwards I transitioned into a Student Worker position during my master’s degree. Once I finished my master’s, I was offered a position in the graduate program, which is a two-year program with four internal rotations. And then I recently started in a full-time position.

What motivates you to work in Kamstrup?
What motivates me is to drive change. I want to drive change in a more sustainable direction, and if I can contribute to making the world just a tiny bit better, then I think it's really worth going to work every day.

Fun fact about yourself
Before I joined Kamstrup, I was playing professional football. I think discipline is like the one thing that I really take with me from professional football and also that I was getting used to having a really tight time schedule. So, you had to plan your days. And then I think performing under pressure is also an important thing that I can take with me.
