What’s your name and what do you work with?
My name is Kris, and I’m a Senior Technical Product Manager. I participate in various in-house activities to build, streamline, and improve our product portfolio offerings to our customers. I’m also doing standardization work regarding metrological and technical requirements for water meters for cold potable water.

What is the best thing about your job?
That there are rarely two identical days in Product Management in terms of tasks and challenges. Furthermore, I really value the fact that we have a professional yet still fun work environment in Product Management.

What is your biggest learning?
I did not always actively pursue new career opportunities. Mostly I did my job, took on new challenges and inspired people to do the same. Kamstrup is a company with an ambitious growth strategy, so new career opportunities will emerge, you just have to be patient and not necessarily try to force it.

Can you describe your career path so far?
I joined Kamstrup in 2016 as a Product Specialist. After three productive years of learning and growing, I moved into a new role as a Team Lead. This change allowed me to challenge myself and try out new things. Finally, in 2023, I landed the exciting role of Senior Technical Product Manager, which I'm really happy about.
