Hi, my name is Kovan, and I’m a Production Worker in our Water Factory. My core responsibility entails conducting meticulous assessments of our water meters to detect any irregularities or deviations, thereby safeguarding the quality of our product.

What drives you?
It's a simple answer: my job and the people I work alongside. Every day, I’m excited to go to work, fueled by the joy of collaborating with incredible colleagues who make me smile. Also, I'm deeply passionate about the work I do, which further ignites my dedication.

What is the best thing about your job?
Definitely my colleagues. Being able to laugh and have fun while we work gives me a fantastic boost every day.

What is your biggest learning?
At Kamstrup, the learning never stops. Whether you're on the production line or aiming for higher positions, there's always room to grow.

Can you describe your career path so far?
Before I came to Kamstrup I didn’t have any educational background, but I've recently embarked on a journey to further my skills and knowledge. I am now studying to become an industrial operator in collaboration with Kamstrup. So, currently I am working part-time at the factory while I get my degree. I hope this will be the first step in my educational and professional development, and I'm excited about the opportunities it may bring in the future.
