What’s your name and your role?
My name is Jose, and I hold the responsibility of cultivating the Kamstrup brand within the region. My role involves deeply understanding the unique characteristics of each country or island. Through this understanding, we strive to tailor our solutions to address their specific challenges and enhance their operational efficiency.

What is the best thing about your job?
That I get to engage with people from diverse nationalities and explore new places, all while contributing to utilities in their efforts to combat non-revenue water. It's a fulfilling experience to be able to make a meaningful difference while embracing cultural diversity and adventure.

Can you describe your career path so far?
I initially began my career in the power generation industry before transitioning to the water industry when I joined Kamstrup in 2017. During my time at Kamstrup, I focused on continually improving my skills while also seizing the opportunity to take on leadership roles in my team. After six years of contributing as a key member of the project team, I embraced a new challenge by transitioning to a sales-oriented role. This shift has enabled me to acquire new skills and expertise in a different discipline, while leveraging my extensive experience as a project manager and team leader
