I’m Jeppe and I work as a Wireless Communication Engineer. My work involves many layers in our wireless solutions - The main focus is on introducing new wireless technologies, designing solution architectures and wireless communication standardization.

What motivates you to work in Kamstrup?
What motivates me is freedom with responsibility, coupled with being at the forefront of technological development. Additionally, I find immense satisfaction in contributing to the green transition and making a positive impact on the environment.

What is the best thing about your job?
The best aspect of my job is collaborating with great colleagues, delving into complex technical challenges, and witnessing the success of technical solutions, even years after their conception, as they function precisely as intended.

What is your biggest learning?
Be patient and persistent when dealing with complex problems. Keep track of your happiness at work - Talk with your colleagues and leaders if things need changing.
