What’s your name and what do you work with?

My name is Jasmin, and I'm an Innovation Management Graduate at Kamstrup. My role gives me a unique 360-degree perspective in the business as I rotate into a new department every six months. Primarily, I focus on driving innovation in technology projects, collaborating with our partners, utilizing our data for technological development and organizing workshops with various stakeholders. In these workshops, I leverage my preferred style to engage participants and serve as a facilitator, ensuring productive collaboration.

What motivates you to work in Kamstrup?

What motivates me at Kamstrup is driving innovation through our solutions, especially the positive impact our technology has on society, such as reducing water loss through our meter technologies. It is so fulfilling to be part of initiatives that make a meaningful difference in our daily lives.

What is the best thing about your job?

Understanding the energy industry from a different perspective, working closely with customers and other technology providers to drive innovation, and especially, acting as a bridge builder between our technology and commercial functions. As a social person, I enjoy discussing technology and development with people, which I get to do in my job every day here at Kamstrup.

What is it like being a Graduate at Kamstrup?

Being a graduate at Kamstrup provides a great opportunity for me to develop in ways I could not if I had taken a conventional role - I am able to use the two years to identify the competencies for my profile and build on them throughout different areas of the organization.
