What’s your name and what do you work with?
Hello, I'm Andreas, and I specialize in optimizing and troubleshooting highly automated machinery and equipment. I contribute to optimization projects, encompassing renovations, commissioning, and procurement of machinery and equipment, while also planning and coordinating major maintenance tasks and ensuring adherence to the maintenance plan and strategy.

What motivates you?
Seeing the results or impact my actions have on others. Knowing that I can make a difference and positively influence someone's life is a powerful driving force for me.

What is your biggest learning?
My biggest lesson learned is that many small actions, even if they seem insignificant at the time, can add up to make a significant difference when allowed to accumulate.

Can you describe your career path so far?
My career journey so far has been quite varied. I started out worked as a technician in both Denmark and Norway for a couple of years. In 2018, I felt a desire for change, and began to study for a bachelor's degree in technology, management, and marine engineering. It was during this time that I joined Kamstrup as an Internal Sales Advisor. Then, in 2022, I transitioned to a role in the supply chain as a PT Engineer, and I'm really enjoying it.
