As part of Kamstrup’s commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental responsibility, it is imperative that suppliers ensure full compliance with the legislation listed below.

Substance Compliance
Unless otherwise specified by contract, specification or drawings, the Substance & Chemical legislations, given in the downloadable file, apply for all parts & products supplied to Kamstrup.
Substance Evaluation:
It is the responsibility of the supplier to continuously (re)evaluate substances of all parts & products supplied to Kamstrup.
Chemical Content and Conflict Minerals must be (re)evaluated baselined in the limits and threshold etc. given in the downloadable legislation (their amendments, annexes and any newer version thereof).
If one or more findings are identified, it is the responsibility of the supplier to declare the finding to Kamstrup according to the applicable reporting requirements given in the legislation.
Declaration:
If declaration of substance(s) in parts & products supplied to Kamstrup is found required, the following applies:
Chemical Content:
- Part number specific chemical contents are declared with freedom of template.
Conflict Minerals:
- Part number specific conflict minerals are declared using the template found at RMI

Packaging Compliance
Beyond the defined substance compliance of packaging materials and declarations hereto specified in the Substance Compliance section, supplier shall secure compliance on packaging materials legislation given in the downloadable file.
Unless otherwise specified by contract, specification or drawing, all of the following packaging legislations apply for all packaging supplied to Kamstrup.
