COMMUNICATOR (pdf)
The COMMUNICATOR module is used for the synchronization of data between INSPECTOR, the various applications and the various Microsoft® Access databases. COMMUNICATOR can also be used for the synchronization of data between the business management system and the Kamstrup inspection system for pressure regulator stations.
DIAGNOSTICS (pdf)
The DIAGNOSTICS module is used by the office manager to import measurement data from the INSPECTOR PDA into a database and manage these data. The data can be processed into a trend graph that is displayed on the monitor and/or printed on a printer.
INSPECTOR (pdf)
INSPECTOR is intended to be used by the inspector in the field. The software will guide the inspector through the mandatory procedure. The measuring data collected in the test are shown on screen on a real-time basis.
MANAGER (pdf)
MANAGER is intended as a tool to organize the CONNEXION® software package and to deal with inspection procedures, pressure regulator station data and rejection boundaries.
The innovative Kamstrup inspection system for pressure regulating stations consists of two main components, the portable PLEXOR® test device and the CONNEXION® software package.
The functionality of the main components of a pressure regulating station is carefully tested by means of the portable, easy-to-operate PLEXOR® device. Reliable quantitative test results are obtained.
The connection of the PLEXOR® device to the pressure regulating station is achieved by a unique coupling solution. These specially designed, system couplings, are permanently installed in the pressure regulating stations.
The test results are stored automatically in a hand-held computer (PDA), without the inspector's intervention.
The results of visual inspections are manually entered into the PDA. In this way, the actual status of an installation is accurately recorded. The test results are clearly presented by the CONNEXION® software and compared with the intended status of the station.
The Kamstrup inspection system fits in well with all current maintenance strategies and can pave the way for condition based maintenance (CBM).
