When you buy a product at Kamstrup, you can be sure of many years of reliable operations.

If, however, a meter should not function correctly, we will of course repair or replace it within the 2-year warranty that covers all products bought at Kamstrup.

If a Kamstrup product needs repair later in the operating period, we offer to carry out repairs at a fixed price and in the same quality as when the product was new. And a 2-year warranty is offered on all repairs.

Getting started
If you need help at your place, our team of qualified service technicians are ready to pay you a visit. They know all about installation and initialisation of Kamstrup products, and in addition, they can advise on the products.
Our service telephone is answered by the same team who carry out repairs and services, and therefore, they know the products right down to the last detail and offer competent and quick guidance.

Service agreements
Kamstrup offers a wide range of service agreements that can be combined in service packages to suite your needs. We can e.g. take care of installation and exchange of meters, replacement of batteries or installation of modules.

Or we can offer a service package that includes administration and handling of samples, reverification of meters for re-installation or exchange meters.
For your large-size meters, we can offer to include them in a common pool with other utilities. In doing so, the number of meters to be dismounted for sampling is reduced.

When entering into a service agreement with Kamstrup, you gain control of your operational costs. We carry out the work at a fixed price - and you avoid unexpected expenses.

Service outside of Denmark
In order to maintain a high service level for markets outside of Denmark, Kamstrup has entered into agreement with a number of service partners who, after proper training, offer warranty service and repairs on their local markets.
